Yes. Most consultancy and implementation work can be done remotely. I'll come on-site for Canterbury clients when it makes sense. For other NZ locations I can travel for larger engagements.
Depends on the engagement — project-based fixed pricing for defined scopes, time-and-materials for advisory work, and retainer arrangements for ongoing support. We'll agree on the right model upfront.
I can usually have an initial conversation within a few days. Project start times depend on current workload and the scope of the engagement — I'll give you an honest timeline during discovery.
